This institute was started in 1987 and was renovated in the year 2006 by Mrs. Hansaben Dhanjibhai Devjibhai Tanna Parivar London Uk. At present in this cowshed only barren, destitute and starved cow mothers are kept in the cowshed and are nurture day and night under supervision of cowherd family. The young members of the Trust Board are rendering honorary service.

A youth group of the village has also been formed to meet the financial expenses of this Gaushala through stalls in the fair , pavilion and funds are collected and also expenses are carried out from the gowdan received by the well-to-do donors. As per the sayings ટીપે ટીપે સરોવર ભરાઈ અને કાંકરે કાંકરે પાળ બંધાય” , in the same manner even from the donations of small amounts a great job of charity is done . God has ordained us for this work. True service has been of donors. It is also said in our Vedas that the body of Gaumanta is inhabited by 33 crore deities and hence cow is given the title of Gaumata in Hinduism. Gaumata's milk, curd, ghee, gaumutra and dung have to be found asPanchgavya on the occasion of good or bad. No living being excrement is used in any religious function. Only cow's excrement is used as sacred objects. Gaumutra is also used to purify unholy places. If the excrement of a cow is considered so sacred, then with whom should the holiness of a living cow be compared? And so Lord Krishna has proved how much merit is gained by feeding cows and serving cows with bare feet.

Even if GOD himself gets merit by serving Gaimata, the attainment of Gaimata is considered to be the best service which is considered above the serving of GOD .

There are many use of cow urine and dung. Regular intake of cow urine can cure cancer, diabetes, blood pressure, skin diseases, joint pain and other incurable diseases. Scientists themselves have proven that consumption of cow's ghee can cure heart disease. Even abroad, people are adopting cow's milk, curd, ghee, cow urine and cow dung. In organic farming, instead of poisonous pesticides, a solution of dung and cow urine is used to sprinkle on the crop and in the end it has got very good result. There will be a time when cow urine will be sold at the price of milk. Our Hindu religion says that there should be one Gaumata in every home. But in such a time of inflation and in cities, it has become difficult to keep cows. Therefore, wherever there is such gaushala , the great virtue of Gauvseva should be obtained by performing Gaudan regularly.

It is said in our scriptures that it is the religion of of a human being that 10% of his earnings should be used for charity so that the remaining 90% of the earningwill become sacred. If not 10% then at least 1% of income, is spent by a human being in Goudan, then Gaumatas will not have to keep wandering here and there . Thus as per the saying “ $લ નહ તો $લની પાંખડી” , through regularly giving gaudan , we should relieve us from the debt of the gaumata and get virtue. Even the poorest of human beings spends less on their false expenses being daily tea, pan , beedi, tobacco, etc. and gives gaudan . Wishing good wishes for doing gaudan in accordance with our capacity .

Our Mission

The cow is our mother and it is the religion of Hindus to save her. Cows are considered sacred in religion. Not only this, cow is also considered as mother and is also worshiped. In the past, Bhrahmaji produced Kapila cow from Angnikund for Yagna and for the welfare of the whole world and gave them to Bhramans. At the instruction of Brahmaji, all the GODs resided in the body of a cow. Thus to protect the abode of 33 crore devat's it is necessary to protect the Gaimata. It is the religion of Hindus to save Gaudhan and to stop the cows going to the slaughter house. Thus, in order to save the religion and maintain the cows for the welfare of the world, it is necessary to build cowsheds from village to village.

Cow's milk is like nectar. Through the cattles only we are able to save your farm. The cow gives us milk. Its excrement is considered sacred. Panchgavya is made from milk, curd, cow urine and dung. Religious occasions like havan-hom , Yagna ,wedding ceremony cannot be conducted without Panchgavya. Organic farming is done with cow urine and dung and the mixture of cowdunk and urine is sprayed on the crop to make it bio-degradable for organic farming and to protect the crop from pests. It is also important to protectthe cows to prevent the use of highly toxic pesticides and chemical fertilizers that poison the crops.

Thus, in addition to religious activities, for social activities and also for the welfare of human heing and keeping the society healthy it is necessary for saving Gaumantas . Great virtue can be obtainind by using a little of what is given to all of us by nature for the serving of Gaumata .

Our Vision

In order to achieve our goal, we need to have a long term vision or eyesight . The help and cooperation of all is required for the formation of such institutions and for the maintenance of existing institutions. In earlier times cows were kept at home. But nowadays, with the development of cities, it is becoming more and more difficult to save cows. So to save this species, wherever there is a need to save such a cow, it would be appropriate to use our precious donation.

We sincerely appeal to all the well-to-do donors to contribute to this organization and keep our activities afloat.

We have made the following plans to use your donation for various purposes. You can avail the service by depositing your donation as per your wish and convenience.

COW ADOPTION SCHEME

In this scheme any person can adopt a cow by giving Rs.35000 / - (thirty five thousand only). As per the rules of the organization this amount is kept as a fixed deposit in the bank permanently in form of the"Corpus / Permanant fund" . Only its quarterly interest is used in the form of maintenance cost of the adopted cow. You can also choose the name of the cow. Thus your contribution to the permanent fund of the organization will be forever and the lineage will be the blessing of the mother cow .

PERMANENT ANNIVERSARY PLAN

In this scheme, on the birth date, wedding date, auspicious day or on the occasion of your beloved family member Punyatithi, , you can donate Rs. 21000 / - once in a time.
